So what is Satvik Energy Therapy?

The term 'satvik' is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning 'perfect balance'.

The aim of Satvik energy therapy is to create this balance within your mind and your body.

For thousands of years, spiritual teachers in the East have understood that a direct relationship exists between the way energy flows in and around our bodies and our emotional and physical health. In China this energy is called ‘chi’, in India it is called ‘prana’.

More recently in the West, scientists have investigated and proven the existence of the body’s energy field and the link between the human energy field and overall health.

Satvik Energy Therapy works directly with your energy field. This is your life-force energy and it is responsible for your well-being, not just physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
